Set up by Rollo, first duke of Normandy, at the start of the 10th century, the Exchequer of Normandy (Échiquier de Normandie) or Exchequer of Rouen (Échiquier de Rouen) was the sovereign court of Normandy, later superseded by the parliament of Normandy.
